Financial Trans for Companies - Comparative
Abstract
The financial transfer companies are the most important companies in the financial sector, as they contribute significantly to the development of trade movement, especially foreign ones through the role of transferring money and then meet the obligations that result from contracts that link the parties to the legal relationship, as well as its role in financial banking And other legally regulated business, Due to the importance of the role played by the financial transfer companies and the seriousness of the effects of their work, we find the interest of the countries to organize these companies and their special legal controls related to the establishment and management and determine their actions and combating money laundering in a manner that guarantees their rights and care of the interests of their clients and the protection of the national economy.
