Abstract

The issue of providing legal protection to minorities and enabling them to exercise their human rights remains one of the most important issues for research and study, especially since the most countries in the world today are multi-ethnic and nationalities, which include various minorities: religious, linguistic, racial, Distinguishing them from problems that are not only of interest to States but also of the international community as a whole, especially in their international, global and regional organizations.
