Abstract

That the judicial judgments which issued by the administrative courts have as a general base- the judged thing evidence, this evidence be general or absolutely in facing all, that means who vilification of whom not, as well as in front of all administration parts which represented in the action or not, even differentiate in the subject and the cause, so the person who the judgment issued for his part and any one has interest catch in defeating judgment in front of all.The administration must commit in defeating judgments carrying out without has estimating its legality, and no premeditation in its breakdown or temporizing in its carrying out.
