Abstract

Since the creation of God Almighty and settled on the surface of the earth has had rights and duties both towards the Creator or his family or his community or himself or the authority to which a human is subject and in turn the authority takes care of him. The Creator has bestowed upon the human the talents, physical, mental and emotional energies and all the instruments of progress in which no other creature participates. As well as his social orientation and his letter and mission not only in material reconstruction but in preparing himself for the responsibilities of this message and the service of his race and the creation of civilization and the construction of advanced societies.
