Insurance against terrorist acts
Abstract
Insurance against terrorism ,comparative legal study ,is one of model insurances , which it became very important now ,in accordance with contract insurer bears safety and effects resulting from terrorism as insurable risks by paying value of insurance or sum compensation , in opposite of insured must be paid premium . So it should be achieved technical conditions as well as legal conditions ,in spite of it has same characteristics of other contracts,but it has special characteristics according to its' nature ''terrorism '' which is the subject of contract. In addition , it should be noted that body and physical damages are different legistation of one country to another . Iraq , there is no legistation in this respect , so my hope to find this insurance interest in Iraq legistation
