Custody and conditions of exercise
Abstract
A chitd in the custody of his parents is the smile of shining life and the hope contributing to the building of the future and in the stability of his formation the nation turns to stable ,strong and healthy. Therefore ,custody was and continues to be one of the important matters attracting the attention of jurisprudence and law, for caring for the child in custody is nogot an easy matter .As such .we should cater for his feelings , taking in to accocent the feelings of his parents and should keep harm away from him .Islamic jurisprudence and law have stipulated specific condition for whoever deserves to wmbrace custody ,keening on the healthy upgrowth of the chid in custidy avoiding severing them and exerting all efforts to help him obey them and obey whoever comes after them.
