Prove the actions of the patient's disease death- a comparative study

Abstract
The death disease consider as material act can be prove it by all evidences such medical reports which make by specialized physics , presumption and scientific calculations. Also we can prove acts of sick person in dead disease by all official office which organized these acts from the date of diagnosis of dead disease and date of acts issue. Generally , providence of all disease hold on creditor or legal successor, the providence of sick person intention will be by law provision because the proved of this intention are so difficult if not impossible. .
