Abstract

Credit is the essence and foundation of business life, the basis of business transactions confidence that prevails among the dealers in the business process, and this confidence requires the means and legal rules to strengthen and maintain in the best situation, and perhaps one of the most important means and systems that strengthen commercial credit is the system of bankruptcy, it is a system aimed at warning the merchant from the consequences of the delay in payment of his business obligations and draw a dubious picture of who is trying to challenge commercial credit.
