Theoretical foundations for the qualification of crimes
Abstract
The issue of crime qualification is not only one of the most complex issues in criminal law, but most important for investigative and judicial applications, in particular that the qualification of a criminal offence is one of the forms of legal qualification by the organs of the state concerned to legal violations and a form of law implementation especially the Penal Law. It also embodies the interrelationship between both elements of criminal law: the material and the form limited by the Law of Criminal Procedure.
