Contrat de Conseil
Section: RESEARCH
Abstract
In some contracting contracts, the subject of the contract is counselling. So, claiming them is the objective of the contractor's activity. However, the demand for advice is not a secondary obligation as the French judiciary is of the view that some contracts between professionals and consumers involve a commitment to counselling, while the debtor commits to the creditor this secondary obligation within its original obligations.
