Abstract
The criminal law aims to protect the state in all its systems, represented by the various interests of society in light of the special criminal policy adopted by the legislator, which is imposed by the renewed social and moral necessities.The balancing process between the various social services is one of the most important means used by the legislator to achieve his goals and goals in order to eliminate or reduce the crime in general, and moral crimes in particular.Since the interests, whether public or private, are in conflict with each other. Therefore, the legislator must lay down a rule according to which the interests of others are likely to be based. In order to identify this rule and its knowledge, our research entitled (the interest considered in moral crimes) from the legislator's view by extrapolating the texts of the various legislations and finding the appropriate and the closest to achieving the goal of each penal law, in protecting the society and its various interests.
