Abstract
Fe-Si2 Fe-SiFe2-Si K 300 K 550. . Fe-Si2 Fe-Si Fe2- Si . .The thermoelectric power has been investigated for the Iron-Silicon compounds FeSi2;FeSi and Fe2Si in the temperature range 300 K to 550K. The thermoelectric power shows negative sign. It increases as Fe concentration in the compound increases, and it decreases as temperature rises for the Fe2Si , in addition, it increases as temperature rises for the FeSi and FeSi2 compounds. The electrons are the majority carries in these alloys in this range of temperatures. Keyword: the Thermoelectric power, Iron-Silicon compound
