Abstract

The researcherswas interestin the issue of security from long time ago even arrived tothe current age(the digital age), andbecause of the importance of thistopicand thechallengesin it, sothis workwhich included studyand application ofnew algorithmis proposed to achievea high level of securityby encryptingthe secret message (image)using the Logistic Chaotic function after the implementation of Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT).Inthe next phase, ithas been implemented the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) onthe cover (image) and thenhidethe secret message withinencrypteddatain which the adoption ofthe principle ofrandomBlocks which is determined by chaoticseries.
Deliberatelyproposed algorithmto providemoreofan advantagein it's work, provide ingreliabilitythroughdata encryption, message security, and provideda very high degree ofsecurity through the adoption ofthe principle ofrandomselected passages Chaotic, increasingthe efficiency ofthe work ofthe algorithmand the degree of security.
Afterthe applicationit must bethe use ofperformance measurements, so the following was used (NC, BER, PSNR, MSE).Thelanguagewas Matlab9.
