Abstract
The research aims to know (The degree of the secondary school teacher's practice of his role in active learning strategies from the point of view of educational specialist supervisors) The research sample consisted of (25) supervisors and supervisors in Nineveh Governorate, and the researcher adopted the descriptive approach and a questionnaire containing (30) items, after finding truthfulness and consistency For her, the researcher adopted the arithmetic averages, standard deviations, percentages and rank, the T-test (T) for two independent samples, the single-variance analysis, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the application of the five-point Likert scale as statistical means. The researcher reached a number of results, including: Medium, and there were no statistically significant differences about the degree of their practice of active learning strategies depending on the gender variable and academic achievement at the significance level (0.05). In light of the results of the research, the researcher came up with a number of recommendations and suggestions, including: Holding training courses and discussion sessions to enlighten teachers about active learning strategies and how to employ them by professional supervisors, and the cooperation of the concerned authorities in preparing educational bags that contain the means and tools that facilitate the teacher use when applying strategies Active learning while teaching, and preparing similar research and studies for the current research of different societies and for some active learning strategies.
