Textual thresholds are among the main components of the structure of literary discourse, as parallel texts provide a greater opportunity for the recipient to reach reading keys that help him decipher the readable codes. and composite awareness in order to accommodate the magnitude of the direction of the mark in proportion to the creative text. The literary text of all kinds and genders is like a house, and thresholds are keys to its doors. The text threshold of all kinds (external and internal) is a key to accessing the literary text. The text and its references, and the thresholds, as we said, are a key to understanding the content of the text and its technical dimensions, as it is the corridor to enter the world of the text, and because it is no less important than the text that surrounds it and gives it an opportunity for the reader to get to know it, as it is the first contact between the author and the reader, and the first meeting between them . In our research, we will try to shed light on the text and reveal what it contains by studying the textual thresholds in the play (Fitna) by the playwright Saeed Al-Naji.
