Abstract

In the context of activating political reality and paying attention to the outputs of historical studies in reaching a realistic participant that derives a title to form the institutions of the modern state, successful models have been chosen in achieving social stability and security and stand in the face of external challenges, including the subject of study drawn from the nation's cultural and Islamic heritage in the direction of the future. The research project presented three main principles that go at one pace in achieving success and excellence at the level of governance, including first: economic security, second: military excellence, third: good lining, as well as the proper use of the guardian of these factors and control of the conditions of the parish, let us set an example for each one on the level The economist, Imad Al-Din Zangi, is concerned with preparing a campaign directed by the city of Mardin, which is affiliated to the Lions, caused by bringing Ibn Artq to the peasants of Mosul and providing them with the land needed for cultivation and easing the taxes imposed on them.From all the above, the research concluded the important results, namely:First: Yes, Zangi had a strong and exceptional personality through which he was able to fulfill his military duty to the fullest extent, but the administrative and political side was a source of concern to him, so he tried hard to choose the personalities who performed their duty to the fullest.Second: Upon Zangi's assumption of the emirate in Mosul, an agreement was agreed upon by Zangi in the division of tasks between Salah al-Din al-Yagisyan, Amir Hajib, provided that the supervisor of the soldiers be from salaries, equipment, and registration in the Diwan, and the citadel for preserving the citadel and powers to supervise the castles of Mosul also up to Shahrazour, while Shahrazuri had the position of judge judge and his speech was heard by Zangi and others in the emirate.
