Abstract

Islam came and honored the Muslim woman, protected her and protected her, and raised her from what she was suffering from in the pre-Islamic era of unfairness of rights, mistreatment and other things, and this matter is hardly denied by any fair person. That she lives in the shadow of Islam as a second-class human being, and that men are preferred over her in everything, and that there must be equality between them, but due to their short understanding of the texts of the Quran and Sunnah, they did not understand that Islam has been equal between men and women, but this equality was in rights and duties not in qualities, characteristics and capabilities, This is out of respect for the nature that God created people with, but the advocates of liberation ignore this instinct and resort to their ill thought, trying to raise suspicions about the issues of Muslim women; To get her out of the circle of Islamic immunity to civil and liberation, and then the chaos that they wanted and their souls desire. This research will address the issue of womens veil and the suspicions raised by the secularists, then show the corruption of their thought through a presentation of the legal evidence from: the book, the Sunnah and the consensus of the nations scholars, and we include Sheikh Al-Shaarawis response to these suspicions by expressing his opinion, and we mention some of the sayings of Muslim thinkers about these suspicions And some of the sayings of orientalists who praised the superiority of the Islamic system over the rest of the systems. It is God's success.
