Abstract
For Arabs, prose is an important element besides poetry, as it is a communicative and communicative medium in their speech and literature. The era, and it has its goals, objectives and moments for which it is written, for there are safety vows, state covenants and other types of covenants imposed by the new nature of life in the Abbasid era, and these covenants were written in an artistic and literary style, depending on verbal decorations and suggestive meanings, as it is among the official documents Inside the Abbasid state, unlike the Brotherhoods letters and other prose messages that were known during this era.
