Abstract

Syriac sources are an important source in the study of Arab-Islamic history, because it provided important information and facts about history.The Syriac sources were distinguished by their distinction and their interest in the economic aspects. The reason is due to the fact that the churchs revenues, workers lives and incomes, taxes, economic life, and crises that occur constitute religious and ecclesiastical economic interest, so these sources paid attention to this aspect.The aim of the research is to stand at one of the important Syriac literature and try to benefit from what was mentioned in it on the economic side.
