Agility Among The Heads Of Departments Of The Faculties Of The University Of Mosul From The Teachers' Point Of View
Abstract
The research aimed to answer the following two questions:
- What is the level of distributed leadership practice among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the teachers' point of view?
- What is the level of leadership practice distributed among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the point of view of the teachers according to the scientific title variable (professor - assistant professor / teacher - assistant teacher)?
The research was limited to a sample of teachers in the faculties of the University of Mosul for the academic yea2021-2022, the research sample consisted of (410) teachers who were chosen from (6) colleges, with (3) science colleges and (3) humanities colleges, making up (10%) of the research community.
In terms of the research tool, the researcher used the enrollment level scale distributed among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul, which was built by the researcher based on the procedures of an exploratory study, and relying on some literature and standards that I have seen. By selecting one of the five alternatives indicated for each paragraph (very large, large, medium, little, very little) according to the Likert scale, after finding indications of apparent validity, content validity, and construction validity for it, and finding the stability of the scale was adopted.
