Abstract
Personal memoirs are considered an essential source of historical research and an important source for it. That is why I chose the research entitled (The most important sociological, social and educational aspects in Mosul in the late nineteenth century through the memoirs of Ali Jawdat). The research was divided into two sections. The first dealt with presenting a comprehensive presentation of the life of Ali Jawdat, who was He had an important role in the events and events of the late Ottoman era and during the First World War, then various roles throughout the royal era. I titled it A Presentation of the Memoirs and Their Owner. The second dealt with the most important sociological, social and educational phenomena in Mosul through those memoirs, in which I talked about knowledge and its development, then seeing dreams. And its impact on Mosuls popular heritage, as well as other topics.
