Abstract

The research aims to: Build the Electra knot scale for preparatory school students Fourth grade / fifth grade - in the city of MosulIn addition to identifying the significance of the differences in the level of the Electra complex among prepartory school students in the city of Mosul, according to the two variables of the academic grade (fourth grade, fifth grade).
The research belongs to descriptive research, in which the researcher relied on the descriptive approach and psychological survey method, and the study sample was represented by preparatory school students in the city of Mosul. (2020 AD-2021 AD), and their number is (11577) A student divided into (31) Preparatory school in the two branches (scientific and literary).
The researcher built the Electra knot scale based on theoretical frameworks and previous studies that dealt with the subject of the research, and after verifying the apparent validity of the scale by presenting it to a group of experts and arbitrators from specialists in psychology, in addition to verifying the factorial, discriminatory and constructive honesty, in addition to the discrimination indicators. , and reviewing the relative stability of the scale and extracting its stability by re-testing method of (0.8) and by Alpha Cronbach method of (0.82), then the researcher applied the scale to the basic research sample, and the data was processed through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program, according to the following standards: Agreement coefficient For experts, Pearson's correlation coefficient, t-test for two independent samples, t-test for one sample, z-test for the difference between the two correlation coefficients, Facronbach's coefficient, t-test for the significance of the correlation coefficient, two-way analysis of variance. The study found:
The sample of preparatory school students in the city of Mosul has an above-average semantic level on the Electra knot scale in general.
There are statistically significant differences in the level of the Electra complex among the students of the preparatory stage, which are attributed to the students of the fourth preparatory grade.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of the Electra knot scale according to the (fourth / fifth) preparatory grade variable.
