This paper concentrated on the particle Innamaa through the analysis of the grammatical process of emphasis in non kernel sentences . The study deals with this particle in terms of structure and function in order to pave the way for a better understanding of the Prophetic text . The study resorts to the hadith interpreters who elaborate on this particle for it is the initiative element of this hadith actions are judged by intentions. The particle innamaa , in addition to emphasis, implies exclusiveness . The actions performed by the subject are exclusively judged by the intentions of the predicate. . The definite particle al at the beginning of the word al - a maal /deeds / is a generic particle and al-amaal is restricted here to acts of mind not to acts of heart.
