Abstract

This paper concentrated on the particle Innamaa through the analysis of the grammatical process of emphasis in non kernel sentences . The study deals with this particle in terms of structure and function in order to pave the way for a better understanding of the Prophetic text . The study resorts to the hadith interpreters who elaborate on this particle for it is the initiative element of this hadith actions are judged by intentions. The particle innamaa , in addition to emphasis, implies exclusiveness . The actions performed by the subject are exclusively judged by the intentions of the predicate. . The definite particle al at the beginning of the word al - a maal /deeds / is a generic particle and al-amaal is restricted here to acts of mind not to acts of heart. There is a difference of opinion on the function of the particle " bi " at the beginning of " bilniyyat The particle may have the function of causation, instrument or association . The research favors the meaning of adhesion which is chosen by Sibawahi . This meaning embraces the other mentioned meanings. The study also concludes that the repitition of the Particle innamaa in the second clause Everyone will get the reward according to his intention. has many functions that are mentioned in the body of the research.
