This paper studies interrogation in the Sura of "Meriam" of the Glorious Qur'an by revealing the importance of interrogation as one of the stylistic techniques in Arabic language. This technique is used in different phases like: reminding, exclamation, negation, reporting, scolding and elimination. Each of these types has its own meaning according to the image or the subject matter it sets about to reveal. Therefore, for each of these phases a sample has been selected carefully by analyzing it semantically. Interrogation is one of the significant techniques used in the Qur'an with different meanings, rhythm, and great influence on the part of the listeners.
