Because of the unusual circumstances that past on Iraqi society which in value a cruel wars & sanctions, in addition to the political, economic, social phenomena and falters that are created by the U.S.A invasion on Iraq after 2003. All of these had result in destruction of the basic constructions of Iraq with increase in the standing work-off proportion, especially after carding of many hundred thousands of people were working in the military and security affairs that had been proposed by ( Paul Bremer ) the civilian governor of Iraq at that time, many of these people who had urban background had return to jobs of their ancestors or other jobs which are not strange to them. However, the problem was concerned about people with rural background who can't return to their original places and working in agriculture due to different reasons. So they had no way other than enrolled in jobs they have no enough experiences to make their work is integral and attract the customers to their works these jobs include: "carpentry, smiting, building, decoration etc". However, others do well with these jobs.
