Evaluation of the information services program in the central library of the University of Mosul
Abstract
Academic libraries have evolved and their goals have changed and have become an essential axis of academic activity and scientific research and aim to assign this academic activity with impact and effectiveness. Libraries are now with clear goals that we seek to achieve linked to the goals of the university, and tomorrow the focus of the teaching-learning process is one of its goals. It supports the student in creating materials that help in learning. It also works now as information centers that provide an effective response to the information needs of the beneficiaries, and even influence them, and the libraries are no longer satisfied with the modern efficient library that responds to the information needs of the beneficiaries and facilitating their services.
