This study focused how to use information technology in e government , know the challenges . The study aims to the concept of information technology and its use in e government the reasons to use in e government and its related challenges . Research follows descriptive method . Literature review was tool to collect data . The researcher concludes :-1-Reason to used information technology is cost , time , and effort .2-Result showed of appliances to measure vital signs that can be in e government .3- As for challenges , weak in Fra structure of communication and information technology .4- Digital gap . luck of skills in information technology as well as weak to turn digital is what hinders completion of full e government .5- Cyber security issue , its privacy and protection is a great challenge facing e government .
