The study aims at identifying the nature and levels of the information services offered by libraries in teaching hospitals in Mosul in Iraq as , well as the evaluation of its building, furniture's, equipments, budget, employees, collection and the information technology used . It also aims at diagnosing the libraries problems and obstacles in order to find their solutions . The study used the servey method and the data were collected through interviews with the librarians and other library employees . A random specimen of(5) hospitals libraries were slected . The study concludes that the information services delivered by this library are traditional , and ended with many recommendations concerning cooperation with other specialized libraries through information networks in order to offer the users as quickly as possible .
