It is known that the monetary policy has a clear role in the public policy, including economic and social, which affects the lives of individuals and society in one way or another. The monetary system for individuals is directly related to their way of living and their prosperity. Since the economic aspect is responsible of jobs and funds, It is necessary now to know its relation to the social aspect, because most of social diseases come from an economic issue. This is because the economy is the fundamental factor of life, and it is the main center that drives all the other institutions and because the economy crossed with social one of them effect the other so then will determine the way of life for group and the individual. Therefore, this study is considered as one of the most important studies to recognize the economic and social reality of the current policy in Iraq.
