The problem of the research is determined in standing on the philosophy of history through the political poetry of Nizar Qabbani, as an issue present in our Arab consciousness, accompanied by political and intellectual changes that changed several real facts, including social, artistic and civilized ones. Our poet was close to the intellectual scene of history with his literary and political experience, and we find that he poetically interacted with that experience in a way that makes it worthy of study and research.Expressive aesthetic and artistic issues in the literary text may be among the issues that help the recipient know the creators style, reveal his ideas and directions, and then contribute to directing reading, and determine the critical path that searches the contents of those texts . This leads to directing the reader's or critic's understanding of those texts and to a large extent determines the course of his research. Our research is trying to go to the intellectual corner, which we find that it still needs research and investigation. Especially since the topic that we present is a mixture of thought, reality, and literature; Each of these topics represents an important topic in critical and humanistic studies.Our research included paragraphs necessitated by the problem, so we put a preface to show how history is a reference in technical language in particular in a literary experience, so that we can critically reveal it, then we distributed its material on philosophical aspects of history included in the studied text, in terms of the dialectical interrelationship between two or more issues, because the basis on which history operates is related to those issues that have a temporal interrelationship that connects the past with the present, and they included: action, thinking and writing, extension and permanence, rejection and transcendence, movement and stillness, then the present and the missing, as they were all discussed by inference through linguistic and pictorial evidence, then the facts and textual references were compared in a way that reveals the ideas generated by the text, and we ended up with a conclusion that shows what we have reached through the research.
