This paper tries to shed light on the most important problem of the Iraqi villages after the acts on 9/4/2003. This paper consists of four sections. The first section deals with methodological frame of the research. The second sections defines AlKubba village as a sample. The third section deals with the most important problem of the village mentioned above. The fourth section includes the final results and recommendations.
