The study aimed to find out the point of view of the community by knowing the point of view of the beneficiaries of the Social Protection Network Services, because of its importance for officials of the Ministry of Labor and social affairs when developing plans for the Social Protection Network, and also aimed to identify the nature of the problems, difficulties, challenges, and obstacles facing the social research team when they go to the field of work ( street ) in order to reduce or eliminate them, and the importance of the study comes from the preliminary information it provides to officials at the state level and those in charge of their development plans, or at the level of the institution responsible for government departments in sections of the social protection network by their applied results .This study is one of the descriptive analytical studies, The study sample benefited from the social protection network of the city of Mosul .
