  • Adab Al-Rafidayn

    The Journal of Adab Al-Rafidayn (RADAB) is a national, open-access, peer-reviewed, scholarly journal issued quarterly under the Creative International License (CC-BY); the Journal has been published since 1972 on behalf of the College of Arts and the University of Mosul is the publisher. RADAB adopted a unique DOI number  [10.33899/radab] obtained for each article published since 2005 until now. The RADAB uses a double-blind peer-reviewing system to ensure the quality of the publication. All manuscripts should be submitted through our online manuscript management system. The author should first register in our system and then submit their manuscript. We will use iThenticate to check plagiarism before sending it to reviewers, who should be under 20%. We will notify corresponding authors about their manuscripts through our online system within one to two months.

    RADAB publishes open-access articles, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication. All articles published in the RADAB are open-access and immediately available to read, download, and share. Articles published in the RADAB  are under the terms of a Creative Commons license 4.0 (CC-By), which permits users to read, print and download, or redistribute, translate the article, download for text and data mining purposes, reuse portions or extracts from the article in other works. The RADAB is committed to upholding Publication Ethics (COPE) and obligates the authors to avoid plagiarism and illegal citation.

    The 'Adab Al-Rafidayn journal accepts and publishes only unpublished research conducted by scholars of the College of Arts or by postgraduate students in all Humanities and social sciences spheres. All the journal issues, from the first issue of 1971 to now, are now accessible, and the number of publications available on the journal platform is more than 2,400 research studies. The editorial board is trying hard to get the journal indexed in the global citation database. The Article Processing Charge for the journal is 100 US$ for international authors and 150.000 ID for Iraqi authors inside Iraq.

    Journal of Rafidain Environment (JRE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published semi-annually by the College of Environmental Sciences, University of Mosul. The journal publishes original research and review articles in environmental science and related disciplines. JRE focuses on contemporary environmental challenges, promoting academic knowledge and international scientific collaboration. All submissions undergo double-blind peer review and plagiarism screening, and the journal adheres to COPE ethical guidelines.

  • Journal of Wahj Al-Ulom for Pure Sciences

    The Journal of Wahj Al-Ulom for Pure Sciences is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published semiannually by the College of Education for Women, University of Mosul. It accepts original research and review articles in Arabic and English, covering chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics, and teaching methods for scientific curricula.


    The journal applies a double-blind peer review to ensure fairness and academic integrity. It is dedicated to scientific excellence and aims for international recognition through the publication of high-quality research.

  • Al-rafidain of Law Journal

     


    Al-rafidain of Law (ARLJ) has been published on behalf of the College of Law, University of Mosul, since 1996.  We succeeded in re-issuing the journal immediately after the liberation of Mosul City from ISIS in 2017. It is an open-access journal published under the license of Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY). ARLJ welcomes high-quality submissions, including articles, essays, case notes, comments, and reviews, which focus on Iraqi, Regional, or international legal developments.


    It was published simultaneously with the Iraqi scientific journal website IASJ. It has been classified among several internationally Well-known databases, DOAJ and IASJ. With  the Impact factor, all research published in the journal obtains a DOI No

    Open Access Policy


    ARLJ is an open-access journal, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication, without requiring a subscription to the journal. Thus, all papers published in ARLJ are distributed under the open-access license agreement. Under this license, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their work but allow anyone to download, re-use, re-print, modify, distribute, or copy the content as long as the original authors and source are cited properly.  Competing Interest Declaration All authors must include a competing interest declaration on their title page. This declaration will be subject to editorial review and it will be published in the article. Competing interests are situations that could be perceived to exert an undue influence on the content or publication of an author’s work. They may include but are not limited to, financial, professional, contractual, or personal relationships or situations. If the manuscript has multiple authors, the author submission must include competing interest declarations relevant to all contributing authors.
     Peer Review Process All contributions are subject to a double-blind peer review process. All received manuscripts will be sent to two referees. Authors will be notified whether their papers are accepted for publication or not. The authors whose contributions are accepted for publication will be sent the referee form which is mentioned if revisions are required or if the paper is accepted as it stands. The authors requested to submit revisions for review and will send the new versions of their articles to the editor. The deadline for submitting the revised papers will be mentioned by the editor in the correspondence with the author(s)). All submitted work must not have been published elsewhere or be currently under review for any other publication.   Criteria: -        Relevance of theme/s -        Originality -        Argumentative structure & clarity -        Methodological integrity & use of data (if applicable) -        Use of literature & theory -        Language – the quality of communication reviewers will provide a score for each criterion, an overall recommendation, and comments.  Publication fee Al-rafidain of law is not financially supported by any governmental or non-governmental organization. Therefore, publishing an article in the journal requires a payment of  130000 ID( 100 U$)  as publishing fees.

    The Journal of TANMIYAT AL-RAFIDAIN (TANRA) is published by the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Nineveh, Mosul, Iraq. The journal publishes papers in two languages, English and Arabic, since 1979, covering research including economics, management, accounting, finance, and management information systems. The TANRA journal accepts all types of research, including original articles, review papers, and case studies in all fields of the administrative and economic colleges. In addition, it covers a wide range of contemporary and innovative concepts and ideas in the context of developments and innovations in global fields.

    Iraqi Journal of Statistical Sciences (IQJOSS) is a scientific and open access journal. This journal has been published twice a year by the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, University of Mosul, Iraq. The iThenticate is used to prevent plagiarism and to ensure the originality of our submitted manuscripts. A double-blind peer-reviewing system is also used to assure the quality of the publication. The Iraqi Journal of Statistical Sciences was established in 2005 and publishes original research, review papers in the field of Statistical Science, Mathematical and Computers.

    • Athar al-rafedain Journal (AARJ) is a trusted scientific journal that examines the monuments of Iraq and the ancient Near East, as well as ancient languages with their dialects and comparative studies, as well as cuneiform writings and ancient fonts, and it is also concerned with ancient history and ancient civilizations, this journal is issued twice a year by the College of Archaeology, University of Mosul, Mosul - Iraq since 2012.  It is an open access journal published under the license of Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY). It also uses the double-blind evaluating review system to ensure the quality of publications. Athar al-rafedain journal publishes  original researches and reviewing researches, and the analysis of cuneiform texts and reports of archaeological excavations, it is one of the Iraqi journals that are known internationally, regionally and locally.

    Dirasat Mosiliya (DM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to publishing research in the humanities and social sciences, specifically focusing on the history of Mosul.
