The principle of a judicial persuasion
Abstract
The purpose of a human in his life is to preserve his faith and safety. This security is not limited to his body but also to his money. If a crime is committed against him, it is not only an assault on him but also extends to society. It is necessary for States to administer the judiciary through which they will be able to detect violations of their binding penal rules after their entry into force and the presumption of knowledge of their contents and the consequences thereof in case of a breach. However, the acts of breach of these rules of punishment cannot be achieved unless they reveal the truth.
