The legality of the contract to determine the sex of the fetus

Abstract
The parents may resort to a doctor to help them in identifying the gender of a certain child after their failure in making that with natural ways, so they make an agreement with a specialist to fulfil their wish for a certain wage. They may resort involuntarily to determine the sex of their fetus to avoid the transition of the hereditary disease to the baby. Thus the natural ways are eliciting religiously and legally, but the disagreement is the legality of the non-natural ways, but they could be eliciting if there are legal and religious conditions in order to achieve its family goal.
