مشروعیة عقد تحدید جنس الجنین

الملخص
قد یلجأ الوالدان إلى الطبیب لمساعدتهما فی التعرف على جنس طفل معین بعد فشلهما فی ذلک بطرق طبیعیة ، لذلک یتوصلون إلى اتفاق مع متخصص لتحقیق رغبتهم فی أجر معین. قد یتسببون فی إزعاجهم لتحدید جنس جنینهم لتجنب انتقال الأمراض الوراثیة إلى الطفل. وهکذا فإن الطرق الطبیعیة تستنبط دینیًا وقانونیًا ، لکن الاختلاف یکمن فی قانونیة الطرق غیر الطبیعیة ، لکن یمکنهم التقلیل من وجود شروط قانونیة ودینیة لتحقیق هدف الأسرة.
