Provisions of Engagement in Ancient and Modern Iraqi Laws (A Comparative Study)
Abstract
Engagement has a number of provisions, whether in the old Iraqi laws, or in the modern law (the Iraqi Personal Status Law), even if these laws differ from each other in whether they include this ruling or that, and to learn about the provisions contained in these laws that are similar to each other.
