The Aim of the Study :. Identifying the level of optimism of the coaches of football league .. Identifying the pattern of leadership behavior of the coaches of Iraqi Football league . . Identifying the relationship between the level of optimism and leadership behavior in coaches of Iraqi football league . The Hypothesis of the Study :There is a significant relationship between the level of optimism and leadership behavior of coaches of Iraqi football league .The Subjects :The subjects were (10) coaches of the Iraqi fooball and (50) starters who represented different positions in teams.Conclusions :. There are four different patterns of leadership behavior of coaches of Iraqi football league .. The coaches interest in work is not different from their interest in human relationship.Recommendations:. Taking into consideration the level of optimism when selecting coaches to coach elite football clubs.. The great in teres in work and human relationship to coach national clubs of all ages.
