Evaluating Questioning Skill for Arabic Language Teachers In Secondary Schools
Abstract
(99) (36) (63) . (2) (6) . .The current research aims at evaluating questioning skills for Arabic language teachers in secondary schools. The sample contained (99) teachers who were subdivided into (36) male and (63) female teachers. The tool was an observation format made by the researchers. Then the tool was applied on the sample after verifying its reliability and validity.Analyzing the data using the approximate media and kai square the results showed that Arabic language teachers practice questioning skills in vary good way in most items of the tool, except for six of the items were the results showed lack of this skill for teachers. The results also showed few sex differences in using questioning skills. Two of these sex differences were integrated within the tool . Regarding what was mentioned above, the researchers came out with a number of recommendations and suggested to ignite a study to know the difficulties facing Arabic language teachers when using questioning method.
