Teaching Styles of language Teachers in Teachers Training Institutes and their Relationship with Students Achievement

() () The aim of the research to identify methods of teaching for teachers of languages in teacher training institutes and their relationship to the collection of students to learn the language studied, the research sample consisted of (12)teacher in the teacher training institute and teachers who are studying (Arabic, Kurdish, English) for the first grade in those schools , who were selected as they represent all my research community and by (3) teachers in each institute of the four institutes for the academic year (2008-2009) in order to achieve the aim the researchers used the search tool Tkman (Tuckman), which consists of four axes, namely, (creativity, force behavior, warmth), and contains each of the four axes (7) positive and paragraphs (7) negative paragraphs, and note the methods of teaching used by teachers (sample), after the observation of these methods were analyzed statistically by the faculty researchers, and the results showed the following: -1. Enjoyment teachers of Arabic language teaching methods are generally successful (71%), while lacking in Kurdish language teachers and English language teachers (61%, 65%) respectively. 2. There is no significant statistical relationship between the teaching styles for all the language teachers and their students achievement teacher. The researchers presented a series of recommendations such as preparing a training courses for teachers of (Arabic, Kurdish, English) in the methods of teaching st the center of teaching methods at the university of Mosul to prepare them to use Tuckman tool .
