These strategies give more than an attitude and present many ideas , so that concentration is on the positive side that has a positive effects and recruitment action.The researcher builds a thoughtful and application frame in a learning organization which is represented by Mosul Technical Institute selecting a random sample (41) students .The present studying is a try to answer the questions whether or not the teaching institute members have imagination concerned with influence strategies in job field?The studying has reached a conclusion that the institute teaching members in the organization study were depending on many positive influence strategies positive such as (consulting, reinforcement, information introduce to keep the influence position), thus on the light of this conclusion the research was recommended adopting a thinking vision by the institute teaching members towards there student , This in turn would lead to adopt depend on methods of interaction in order to discover the students potential personality and thus to determine attitudes to reach the building strategic choice .
