Job stress for youth forum managers and members in Nineveh Governorate

Recognizing job stress level in each forum, separakly3. Recognizing job stress level according to job genre.The descriptive approach was used, the sample included (74) individuals who belong to (4) youth forum in (Mosul, Alkosh, Talafar, and Al-Hdbaa). Collecting the data was done adopting job stress Scale constructed by the researchers, The validity and reliability of this scale was verified.The data have been statistically handled using percentage, mean, Pearson correlation coefficient, and (T test)The research concludes with the following:1. Job stress level for youth forum members are generally moderate.2. Job stress levels in youth forum (Mosul, Alkosh, Talafar) are moderate, and in forum (Al-Hdbaa) are low.3. Job stress levels increased in (Talafar) youth forum because of its organization structure.4. Job stress are not affected by job genre.5. Job stress is increased for managers because of no attent with functional development.6. Workers in sport fields are suffering from job stress because of over responsibility
