Standards of Professional Conducts of the teaching staff of Physical Education Instructors At The University of Salahuddin

The aims of this study were:- To baild measurment of progressive professional for instructors of physical education at the University of Salahuddin.- To elemenate the limit of professional values for instructors of Physical Education at the University of Salahuddin. Methodologe:Adescriptive study was conduted in this research. A sample of (40) instructors of physical education at the university of Salahuddin were used as an instruments.The sample was divided into four groups according to previous experiments of teaching process.The instrument of this research has been designed with professional standards. The instruments finally consist of (33)phrase distributed on (10)major standards.Conclusions and Recommendations: On the basis of the data the following Conclusions were presented:- The degree of major standards were high instructor analyzes from his educational environment through teaching process,instructor acted positively,instructor uses new approach in teaching process.Ethics should be for the instructor of physical education . The professional standards of physical education instructors were not affected by time experience at the university of Salahuddin.The researcher recommended the Following:- Training of physical education instructors should be taken into consideration especially on professional standards.
