Ila and its legal ruling

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most mercifulPraise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable messengers, Muhammad, his family and all his companions, and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgment.The most honorable thing to which ones aspirations have been directed, and the most valuable thing to which time and resources have been devoted, is jurisprudence in this great religion. Because it is enough to achieve happiness in both worlds. Among those jurisprudential issues that I addressed is the issue of loyalty; Because it is one of the issues whose rulings people need to know; Because it is a matter related to the family, which is the nucleus of society, because by correcting it, society is corrected, and knowing the jurisprudential matters that concern families, which helps to form a Muslim family in which familiarity and affection prevail, in order to build a family in accordance with the teachings and provisions of this great religion.Research plan: It included two sections: the first section contains a requirement. I spoke about the meaning of loyalty, the scholars sayings about it, and the conditions for loyalty and the rulings that result from it. As for the second section, in fulfillment of a requirement, I mentioned the opinion of the public, as well as the statements of many scholars, foremost of whom are the four imams, and others including Ibn Hazm Al-Andalusi.
