Research targets : - To construct Spinsterhood Causes a Phenomenon balance.- To measure the research variations levels Spinsterhood according to the in Mosul City the View Of Women Teacher in Preparatory in general - It includes the relation of Spinsterhood variation and its relations with the following variation :- A -Years Of being in Instructional service .B- Age (More (40) years - Lees in (40) years) . Research sample : After the definition of the original research community a random class sample Of Women Teacher in Preparatory (210) Women Teacher that Shaped (9.425%) from the actual Society The researchers extracted - Validity factors for of Spinsterhood measurement with two kinds: - Face-Validity and Intrinsic - Validity , and Reliability by Re-test method : It has been calculated by applying Spinsterhood measurement on a sample of (30) Women Teacher then to re- apply again for same persons after tow week. Value of correlation coefficient was , between both applications (0.868), it is a high coefficient stability, The researcher employed in data analysis the appropriate statistical means, such like : Pearson correlation coefficient and T test one Sample , and correlation coefficient of (point Piserial) .The present research came to the condition of the following :- The existence of differences of statistical indication, between the actualized average and the theoretical average for the variable of the Spinsterhood, in favor of the achieved values.- The study inducted that there are relation between the the Spinsterhood variable and Years Of being in Instructional service there is no Significant Statistical .- The findings of the study indicated the existence of functional relation between the Spinsterhood and variables (Age in favour of the Women Teacher (Age of more (40) years . - On the light of the present research the researger proceeded with a group of required , recommendations and suggestions.
