It is the language of holy Koran thus, Arabic language was protected and saved of Mongols and Barbarism and became familiar in conquered states. There is a vital link between all branches of Arabic language representing a whole body. The link between linguistics and literature is like the relation between the body and spine. Literature role became important to build Arabic language and evaluate the other branches. Literature is the record of its heritage and literary capabilities and studying language is a Career enhancing its worker specially the one who devolt himself to it and give it his mind and life. The prize is giving him some of its beauty and gives him some of his secrets, eternalizing him. Literature is one component of language and the river flowing in its ocean.The study falls in four chpters. The first (the problem of the research and its importance) by defining the problem and its importance and the aim of the research which is to know the level of Literary evaluation for secondary school pupils in Kirkok governorate and statistically significant differences in literary evaluation for secondary school pupils according to sex variable.The second chapter deals with the literature of the subject talking about taste in general and literary evaluation and its relation to creativity and literature evaluation for Arabs the previous studies related to the current subject. The researcher arranged them herarically starting in Arabic them foreign studies, them balanced between all studies and how to use them. The third chapter included the procedures and results of the current research. The researcher following procedures.Firstly: Research Society (250) student divided three school (Al.Motasim secondary school for boys Al-Hawlja Secondary school for pupils and Al-Abbusi secondary school for boy Secondly: the researcher chose fifth secondary school graders to be the sample divided in to (54) in Al-Abbasi secondary school for boy (46) in Al-Hawlja for females and (28) in Al-Motasim school for boys.Thirdly: Tool of the research, an open question to a group of teachers specialized in Arabic Language and its literature to measure the evaluation of literature and its skills fourth: prepare the questionnaire of measuring literary evolution enabled the researcher to collect (25) skills that went through a panel of experts and specialized in Arabic language and its methodologies and Educational and psychological sciences that experts agreed on. Given the above mentioned skills, the researcher made an objective test of (25) items of choosing from multiple. Its surface reliability were verified by showing it to a group of experts and referees who a greed on them. The researcher analyzed test items statistically and extracted difficulty, easiness, force of difference conjunction and the efficiency of false alters and found stability by using half division.The researcher applied its test on a pilot sample to verify efficiency of final test by using unilateral analysis to know the difference power, the difficulty and easiness of items and the efficiency of wrong alters and found stability by using half division. The researcher used Pearson conjunction factor resulting in the stability of (0.66) and using (T. test) the current research found statistically significant difference at the leval of (0.05). The result read:1. Secondary school pupils have a great taste in appreciating literary works.2. No Statically significant differences between the students of three schools in literary evaluation.3. No statistically significant differences between males and females pupils regarding literary evaluation.
