The effect of using learning circle on the achievement of second intermediate pupils in Islamic education subject
Abstract
. : ( (0.05) ) () (27) () (29) (56) (42) 6 :- ( - 20) :- (0.05) . .The current research aims to reveal the effect of using learning circle on the achievement of second termediate pupils in Islamic education subject. To realize the aim, the researcher put the following null hypothesis: no statistically significant difference is found at the level of(0.05) between the averages of the experimental group using learning circle and those of the control group using the traditional way in the achievement test). The researcher used the experimental design of two equivalent groups: one is experimental and the other is control; the researcher chose intentionally Al.Zuhoor high school for females to be the sample with class (a) (29 pupils) to be the experimental group and class (b) (27 pupils) to be the control group totaling (56) pupils . the equivalence between groups was done in many variables . The researcher made an achievement test of (42) items of (completion ,true or false, multiple choices of three alternatives) and presented to a panel of experts and the stability was found: the experiment lasted six weeks using the following statistical means: t-test, kai square, Pearson conjunction factor, the equation of item distinction and difficulty, koder Richardson formula 20. After the statistical treatment of data, the results showed statistically significant differences at the level of(0.05) between the average of the control group and the experimental group in achievement with a bias towards the experimental group. Given the above mentioned information, the researcher present a group of suggestions and recommendations.
