Mansooriya Mosque in the file of Nineveh directorate of religious affairs

. .This study aims at showing the status of the Mansooriya Mosque which the people of Mosul have given. Also, it shows the years during which the mosque was built, those who were supervising its building, and the Mosuli architectural designed followed in building it. The study sheds light on the possessions endowed in this mosque, those in charge of it, the reconstruction campaigns carried out for this Mosque, and the suggestions forwarded by many people of Mosul in order to reconstruct the Mansooriya Mosque in other new areas particularly after the destruction of the mosque and the discontinuation of establishing prayers in it.The study concludes with the way in which the Nineveh endowment directorate controlled the mosque and attached it to the directorate as if it is one of the endowments attached to it.
