To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher imposed two null hypotheses. He then chose the design of the two equivalent groups as an experimental design. After that, the community of the research is defined and its sample is chosen. The research depended upon the scientific curiosity test, which is made by (Al_Gubori 2002) where its adequacy and validity are extracted. According to the forms of the test, the researcher builds up an educational Programme. He checked its validity and its adequacy by presenting it to a group of educational psychological experts, then presenting the experimental groups of the Programme. The researcher also used the Pearson correlation factor and T_ Test as statistical means. The findings show that there is a statistical difference which denotes the level of the scientific curiosity between the pre and post tests and for the benefit of the post test, on the basis of the distinction between the control and experimental groups in the post test of the scientific curiosity at the level of (0,05) and for the benefit of experimental groups, The researcher put some suggestions and recommendations.
