But they did not get any study that deals with which tackled the resistance of the body as one of the main means in developing the physical aspect where the two researchers resorted to design a training approach works to develop some of the muscular power by using the resistance of the body as an external factor affecting the players and identifying the amount of this effect. The research aimed at identifying the following: The impact of physical exercises with body resistance on some aspects of muscular power of the players of experimental group. The significance of the statistical differences in some aspects of muscular power between the two groups; the experimental and the controlling one.And for the sake of verifying these two aims the following hypotheses were put forth: There are statistical differences in some aspects of muscular power between the pre and post tests for the players of the experimental group for the benefit of the post test There are statistical differences in some aspects of muscular power between the two groups; the experimental and the controlling one for the benefit of pretest.Within the procedures of the research; the experimental approach was used for its appropriateness to the research. The sample of the study was chosen intentionally from the youth players of Ninevah Club for Foot Saul (26 players), while the main sample of study to which the experimental approach was executed (20) players divided into two groups, one is experimental and the other is controlling, randomly by lottery method with (10) players for each group, after excluding (6) players. Equality was achieved between the two groups in the following variables: age, height, weight and some other physical variables. The experimental designing included two groups one of the is experimental and the other is controlling, each one of the is subject to a pretest before the input of the independent variable (exercises of body resistance) on the experimental group. After finishing this approach a post test for each of them was made, Three pilot experiments were done to avoid problems and obstacles and also to explain things, in addition to restrict the maximum values of the four exercises taking their mean with a fixed severity of 80% during all the time of executing the approach. Then the load was increased by increasing the numbers of repetition of the exercises. The experiment lasted eight weeks with medium course with three units of training in the small course. The statistical suitcase was used (spss) in the following statistical treatments: the mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient Pearson, T Test for the dependent and independent samples and percentage. The following conclusions were reached at by the two researchers: The two groups achieved a significant development in all aspects of muscular power under study (explosive power of the dominating leg, the explosive power of the non dominating leg, the power that is characterized by velocity of the abdomen, and the power that is characterized by velocity of the two legs). In comparing the results of physical pre and post tests for the benefit of post tests. The experimental group which used physical exercises with the resistance of the body achieved development in the means in all aspects of strength power under study (explosive power of the dominating leg, the explosive power of the non dominating leg, the power that is characterized by velocity of the abdomen, and the power that is characterized by velocity of the two legs). In comparing the results of the controlling group.
